1.7 If you want to update any of your information held by RMetS on the Job Board Website, you can either make certain changes online whilst you are logged-in, or you can send an email detailing the requirement amendments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.8 RMetS reserve the right to access and disclose personal data or information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly, or to protect itself or its users.
1.9 In addition to the above, we may collect ad process information that you provide by filling in forms on our Job Board Website. 2.2.2 If RMetS Job Board Website or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets;
2.2.4 To protect the rights, property, or safety of RMetS Job Board Website, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

3.1.1 In the course of using this Job Board Website or registering with it and any services offered via this Job Board Website, certain information about you will be captured electronically or otherwise and transmitted to RMetS and/or, potentially, to any third parties as set-out above or to third parties who host our web servers or assist us in maintain this Job Board Website;
3.2 You consent to the use, storage or processing of your personal information by RMetS (or any third party RMetS uses for carrying out credit checks and payments) for the purposes of carrying out any credit checks in the event that you enter into any financial transaction with RMetS.
4. IP Addresses & Cookies – What Are ‘Cookies’ & How Do We Use Them?
4.1 A cookie is a piece of information that a website transfers to the cookie file of the browser on your computer’s hard drive. On visiting the Job Board Website, a cookie will be placed on your computer automatically by RMetS Job Board Website. RMetS may us two type of cookies from time to time: ‘persistent’ cookies and ‘session’ cookies.
